1. Services

Midnight Draft provides subscription-based creative services, including design, content, and strategy. Services are delivered remotely. Add-ons (such as audio branding or consulting) may be available under custom arrangements.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment provider (Paddle).
• Payments are due in advance for each subscription period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for the billing period.

3. Requests & Delivery

• Clients may submit unlimited requests; however, only the agreed number of requests (based on your plan) will be active at one time.
• Delivery times vary by plan but typically range from 24–72 hours per request.
• Revisions are unlimited until the request is marked complete.

4. Cancellations & Pausing

• You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
